Camaro projectors installed

I just had a chance to install the projectors I ordered the other day. I was not sure how good these would look. But I was surprised how good they look on the car. I installed 4300K HID's in them as I wanted the most light output. I need to aim them now once it gets dark. I also did not wire up the halo part since I am not sure what I want to do with them. I might wire them to a separate switch and not the fogs. I also installed these rear bumper lights which have a black housing with a clear lense. These pics are after a nice wash.

CME w/ custom tips. Had this done about a month ago but never posted pics. Not the best shot but all of you get the idea.

A couple of night shots. I need to get better one's. Car was sitting in the garage. I will get some better one's down the road. The cut off pattern is nice. I need a better pic at night with it.

The fitment is good. I used the stock brackets. I have the same gap as I did with the stock headlights. I had planned on doing the spacer mod with the stock headlights and I will do it with these lights for sure. I always hated the gap between the headlights and bumper.

My friend ordered standard Halos, and got those ones instead. She kinda got lucky that way. We installed them after her car got painted, and I aimed them. She has no HID's in hers, and the lighting pattern was waaaay down there. So I put her car next to mine shining towards the garage door and leveled hers to be equal to mine, as a result, the gap between the front bumper cover and the lights was, and still is, simply horrendous, are yours that way too?

As far as the light output with the stock bulbs that were installed in these lights goes, it's not good at all. Good thing you got HID's for yours, I bet that helps quite a lot.

Mine are not that bad. If anything the driver side light hasa little more gap. Its pretty close to the gap I had with the stock lights. I did use the stock brackets with the projectors. I plan on doing the spcer mod to the headlights to clean things up a bit. The HID's do give better light than the bulbs that are in there. Got the HID's from a non sponsor for a great price. I have the same HID's in my Grand Prix as well.

Looks good man! I wish it was that easy to put projector HIDs on a TA. Good choice on the 4300k too. :thumb:

Keeping the side moldings. To many people park to close and ding my shit. I park at the end of the parking lot but there is always some person who parks to close. So they are there to stay.

No 8000K's for me. Don't want the purple color. I have 6000K on my daily driver and they have that nice bluish white tint to them but I wanted the most light output so that's why I went with the 4300K. Plus the 4300K's have a slight blue tint to them. It's mostly white light which I like.

Thanks for all the compliments.

You put washers on the headlight bolt to push the headlights closer to the bumper, it gets rid of the gap between the headlights and the bumper.
