Before with stock flat z28 hood clean look but not aggressive enough for my taste.



After with harwood SS style hood looks good but I am thinking of stripes to set off the red.

Here are my options that I am thinking of

A single manta style stripe on the scoop

Twin stripes that are on the scoop as well

Twin stripes that go around the hood couldn't find black on red but you get the idea.

Do the manta on the hood scoop and a stripe on the hatch and spoiler.

Yup. I had mine like this and EVERYONE loved it.

The vinyl faded pretty bad so I removed them.

I went with the sunoco hood after that but if I was ever going to stripe an SS hood it would be PAINTED manta stripe front and back!

I have my pics and a poll up on three different sites and so far the Manta and leave it the way it is and in a dead tie

I like the first pic the best. there is a guy in my town with the same stripes with a little bit of flameage on it looks sweet. black car dark red stripes.

i know this is a tad off topic but has anyone done a manta on a 3" ss hood?

Going with the manta vinyl first and then if I like I will have it painted next spring.
