head ground straps

head ground straps On a 99 Trans Am, is there ground straps on both heads or are they only one one. Please let me know. I can not get my car to start and I think that these ground straps are the reason. I can only find some for the drivers side. But could not find any on the passengers side, IT is also 19 degrees outside so I did not spend a lot of time looking! Let me know!
