Default Led gauge cluster question

I just bought some blue LED's to put in the gauge cluster on my camaro, but i have a question. Is there anyway that i can keep red areas of my gauges red? I thought i saw a thread a month or 2 ago where somebody had done this but i cant find it.

I did mine the otherday, you cant keep the red with a blue light, it just turns to purple like mine did. you can see it well in person, just not in this picture.

You should have ordered the Hyper White LED's or it will make the red turn purple if you go with the blue. I think the blue LEDs are just to much blue. The hyper white gives off a nice color of white, with a subtle contrast of blue (from the tint) producing a nice color.
