Shift Knob
 

What does the shift knob look like under the leather? I have always wondered, and just not willing to cut the leather off mine.

It's solid black. That's how mine is.

Yeah its a solid plastic black ball. It doesn't look that bad. The leather on mine looked terrible so I pulled it off the ball underneath actually looks pretty good.

Speaking of shiftknob, how do you remove it? Is it simply screwed on like those cheapo on civics, Cause I've looked into removing it and it's really hung firm tight on that stick!
