Default Renewing sun damaged (leather hardening) rear seatbacks

My 2000 T/A's rear seat back has become hardened on the top. The leather isn't nearly as soft and supple as the other parts of the seat. It seems the sun has taken its toll and has degraded the leather. Whats the best product to restore leather. I thought about the same mink oil that I oil my baseball glove with. Would that work on the seats? Any other ideas.
