Just put some grease on the inside of the wheel, bolt it up, turn it a couple of times, remove and grind. Repeat until there is no more grease being left on the caliper. You will have to grind the caliper and the bracket.

all we did on my car was this:
stuck rim on..spun it hard..took it off..aluminum calipers scrape up pretty easily, so we could tell where it was hitting.
then proceeded to grab a small bench grinder(don't ask <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0"> ) and grind the **** out of em for awhile in those spots..
then repeat process..took a couple hours and they were on.
