Re: grinding rear calipers.... Just put some grease on the inside of the wheel, bolt it up, turn it a couple of times, remove and grind. Repeat until there is no more grease being left on the caliper. You will have to grind the caliper and the bracket.

Re: grinding rear calipers.... One other bit of advice, cover your car with a sheet or something. The bits of metal get everywhere, makes a real mess.

Re: grinding rear calipers.... all we did on my car was this:
stuck rim on..spun it hard..took it off..aluminum calipers scrape up pretty easily, so we could tell where it was hitting.
then proceeded to grab a small bench grinder(don't ask <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0"> ) and grind the **** out of em for awhile in those spots..
then repeat process..took a couple hours and they were on.
