Default Trans Mount

I have a Energy Suspension trans mount for a 78 Z28 with a TH350. Will it work on my 2001 SS?

Are the holes elongated where they bolt to the case? Usually for a universal fit. How tall is it? It should work if the holes line up and the height is right, so there is no vibration.

It looks like it wll fit. Everyone is telling me to go with a rubber because the car vibrates so much with polyurethane.
