Won't shift
 
I have bought a 4l65e tranny from gmpp with controller kit(TCU and wiring) And i have installed it behind a LS2 engine also from gmpp.

The tranny won't shift from 1'st gear.

What can i have done wrong. there are only 2 connectors going to the tranny. Then i needs rpm input to shift, i have given it that also according to the manual. the only thing i havent been able to fully work is the tps wires from the TCU. DBut they shouldnt affect it's ability tio shift. Only how hards it shifts.

Can anyone give me some pointers?

Check the speed sensor, I had one do that one time.

The TPS will effect the shifts and also the transmission line pressure. I would get that sorted out before driving it any future. Hopefully you have not damaged anything. The VSS mentioned above is also important. Good advise. Vince

Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the tps wires going into the throttle body so i can see where to splice the tcu tps wires into the connector?
