Downshift problem

Downshift problem Im having a problem when slowing down, the car comes to a stop then the tranny will downshift into first gear hard enough to buck (if I were to stop too close behind another car, I would hit it) the car. It only does this after stopping no other time. I have a stock transmission with a converter and tune. No shift kit or servo. What do yall think?
