Default Speedo reading wrong on TH400 Swap in 05 GTO

Just got the car back together today and I can't figure out the speedo on my 05 GTO. I am using a 30 tooth reluctor wheel and the computer is reading the correct speed. But the speedo is way off. About 22mph off at 65. We messed with all the values in HP Tuners and couldn't get it to change. From what I've been told the 04 GTO's are different than the 05-06 ones.

What is the trick?

Program it for the 40 tooth reluctor wheel. Never heard of a 30.

We changed the VSS per rev and VSS per mile and that does indeed change what the computer is reading. That speed is correct according to my GPS. However the cluster is off. I don't know why.

Good idea. The only thing I can come up with right now is I need a 40 tooth reluctor and not a 30. So I'm going to order one from GM Partshouse. I wish it wasn't $80, so I hope it works.
