Default Code PO751

Had the SES light pop on a few days ago but tonights the first time I've drove the car since then, so took it to Advance Auto and it threw PO751. Had them clear it out. Now from what I've searched its a common code for a car with a high stall converter. Well what does it mean for me? My car has 45k miles and I'm on the stock stall. Do I actually have a bad solenoid or was it just a freak deal and my tranny is fine? It seemed to shift fine, but I never really got on the throttle at all on my way home after getting it cleared.

If all is stock I wait and see if it pops up again and if so replace the 1-2 solenoid

Thanks, I hope it was just a fluke deal, but if it returns at least I know what to do.
