Default t56 to a4 questions

im trading my t56 setup for an a4 setup, in this trade we are actually swapping the pcm and pcm harness's . i was reading the swap list on this site and it says im going to need pnp switch pig tail and shiftlock control wiring pigtail and also listed the trans wiring harness which i was thinking was part of the pcm harness itself? anyways if we are switching the pcm harness from the same year car am i still going to need the pnp pigtail and shiftlock pig tail or is this only if i was using my m6 harness ..thanks

so far here is what i have is there anything im missing


trans
converter
flexplate
dipstick
crossmember
shifter
shifter cable
driveshaft ( unless there the same )
pcm for a4
pcm harness
top console
torque arm mount ( unless there the same )
park nuetral switch and shiftlock controls
transmission shift lever
shift cable bracket

The pigtails to shifter run under the dash and are seperate from the main engine harness. Since you obviously are swapping everything you can cut and splice from the other harness as needed.

Driveshafts are the same.

Since your car will now be an auto you will have a large hole under your center console. It may let in excessive heat unless you cover it. I cut some thin metal and gasket material to seal mine. Of course the dumbass who owned the car before me decided to make the hole bigger with some snips so it was pretty large.
