any help would be great, I need to know what will make it work if it wont. Will all electronics, speedo and pcm connection to trans all work correct?

You will need to make a mod to eliminate PWM to the valve body and you will need to swap the 3-2 solenoid. There is a difference in the 3-2 strategy but i have seen this done and driven the cars afterward and there were no noticable ill effects or long term

FOr the OP how is that done??? Ive heard of this but never seen it or even done this.

I just swapped in a later model transmission and changed out the wiring harness but it should be done with the PWM mod.
