What others will work????????? Are there any other cars that I can get a transmission out of for a 99 C5. I can get a good one from a firebird for 150$ What all will need to be changed over ect. I would just rebuild mine but the case is damaged

Sorry Mike that will not work. The C5 uses a unique 4l60e transmission case because in your vehicle the transmission is bolted directly to the differential housing. Also for your vehicle in input shaft and stator are different from the F-body trans you have mentioned. In the picture below you can see the seal and the different bolt pattern.
