Will this B&M Tranny bracket work with the factory shifter cable? I keep melting the HD B&M shifter cables so I want to go back to stock.

I don't have the factory 700r4 adapter anymore and can't seem to locate one online. So I'm stuck in park! Help!!!!!!
EDIT: I'm only wanting to use the linkage that connects the tranny to the cable, not the rest of the cable bracket
