Is there a particular way to do the segment swap write to the ECU?

I found the 99 Camaro/4L80 file on here and downloaded it. Can I just do a full write to my ECU with this file? then install the 2-Bar conversion on top of it?

No, you do the 2-bar conversion first and then do a write entire on your PCM.

Technically if you were only doing an 80E swap, you would only need to do a write calibration (assuming same OS).

Take your tune with the 80E and do the upgrade to 2 bar in the tuning software (doesn't need to be plugged into the car). When you are ready to do it, do the write entire once. No need to burn the tune twice for the same end result.
