Transmission Swap T-56 to 4L60E I found someone who has an 04 GTO with the 4L60E trans and I have a 99 T/A with the T-56. Does anyone know what exactly i'm going to have to give him to complete his swap and what he would need to give me for my complete swap?

only stuff from him that will work for you is the trans but you need to put a f body tail section on it for the torque tube mount, The mount is also diff for the autos so you need one of those., flex plate will work for you. You can pull the trans plug and wiring harness out of the pcm connector. just make sure you label the pins... There are another couple wires you have to add to your pcm to make the auto work properly. Then you need a f body vin and have your local gm store reflash it for you. Then have it tuned so your speedo works properly with your gears. You need an f body auto mount, and crossmember, you need a f body shifter, cable and consol top. You should swap the brake pedal also.
