my tranny when put into gear one minute it will noticeably engage and sometimes you wont notice at all but will move slowly if you give it some revs, also has decided to start pushing fluid out of the dipstick tube when you rev it in reverse, my tranny is a th350 with manual valve body, tci front pump and a 8'' tci 4900 stall.

I would drop pan and check fluid condition and whats in there sounds like an internal failure of some sort.
