Transmission/driveline shudder at exactly 80mph

Transmission/driveline shudder at exactly 80mph Seems lockup related, thought it was low dutycycle not applying it fully, but manual full lockup and still at 80 it shudders, and locks wheels up a bit VSS drops right to 73ish mph and reclimbs through it.
Any ideas? LS1 into a 80s truck, trans/converter 4L60E combo came out of a car working 100% fine, may be a wiring issue somethign odd with the swap
