Default broke converter, shopping for new one

My converter failed so Im looking for a new converter, car has 550 rwhp, but 750whp is my goal. I just upgraded from p1sc to d1sc so I should be close. Do I need a multi disk converter, this will be a street driven car 95 percent of the time. Street tires only so I don't think I need a high stall.

Circle D is the place to call. I would go with the multi disc, If you are going to keep the lock up feature.

Trying to decide between the mega raptor 2L or a billet multidisk from either yank, precision or circle D. All seem to be around same price. Leaning towards megaraptor due to price and we talked on phone for about an hour on converters.

D & P Racing is building my converter, 4K stall will destroy my street tires, thinking more like 2500 as I most likely will never see the track. Im getting a billet multi disk made, rumor is they are subcontracted from yank at least thats what I heard
