Default 96 LT1 B-Body TC stall question

Well I just found out 2 big differences in the 95-96 LT1's and i'm not quite sure which stall to go with now. The 96 LT1 picks up it's full potential of torque 800 RPM lower in the band then a 95 LT1. Here's a brief description of what I'm doing. Bolt on mods, 3.73 gears, TC, weight reduction, suspension, pcm tuning, and I haven't decided about a cam swap yet. but what stall should I go with since the 96 LT1's torque is lower in the RPM band?

1996 - Torque: 330 ft-lbs @ 2400 rpm
1995 - Torque: 330 ft-lbs @ 3200 rpm
