Default What Yoke for 4l80E in Nova?

I have a 4l80e out of a 06 2500 and I am putting it in my Nova with a 6.0. THE OUTPUT SHAFT IS SPLINED ALL THE WAY UP. Does anyone have the P/N I need for the yoke and U-Joints to Use for my stock nova drive shaft? From what Ive been reading the th400 yoke will work. If so, do I use factory u-joints? Thanks for the help, this and the x member are the last things I need before I can drive it!

What are the differences in the 1310 and 1350 style U joints? Which one does my Nova have?
