Default Shopping for a converter for my 4l80e

The brands im looking at are Yank, FTI, and Circle d. They are all in my price range. What likes, dislikes does anybody have? Kinda hoping for a tax time deal like ive seen in the past. Let me know what you all think on these brands.

Not gonna go wrong with the big three here : Yank, Circle D, or FTI. I personally chose Yank and have been happy with it so far.

Im looking for one that feels tight up top. Gotten real good feedback on all the converter manufacturers listed. Yeah ive talked to greg before at fti about converters before. He really knows his stuff and is easy to work with. Guess at the moment its who i can get the best deal from.

Dave at Yank gets my love here because he gave me a great deal, and threw in a free T-shirt for the old lady. Win/win for me. Here's some vids of the SS4k:

The three companies that I like best are:

1. - FTI - You tell them what you have now, what you are going to do with your car and they will make a really great converter for your needs.
2. - FTI - Great to talk to, answers questions if you don't understand about something and they don't talk down to you because they know and you don't.
3. - FTI - Greg and his staff of builders are very professional and their converters are very reasonably priced.

I drag raced for a long time and bought a lot of different converters in the past. I got my last two racing converters from FTI and they were fantastic.

Now that I am building a hot street car, I have found a home with FTI and their converters. I just received their SRLS6391 for my Camaro

Wyocattech, Give me a shout. there are many ways to design a converter. You can make two converter have exactly the same stall but have totally different driving characteristics. We will build one around your driving style and comination.
