Default Replace or leave out top bolt on bell housing?

Hello all, I am in the middle of replacing a blown engine. Engine will be low mileage, but the 4l60 is going back in with 150,000 miles as far as we know. Ex-state trooper car so it may have been replaced and have less mileage. I plan on building the trans and stalling the car in a year or so. Is there any harm in leaving out that top most bolt to aid in future removal?

Thanks,
Josh

I left a bolt out on an old truck I replaced the clutch on and it was fine but it's your car so do what you want I guess.
