Default What Flexplate for Long Crank 6.0 and 4l80e?

Can I use what everyone else uses normally like the TCI or a Hayes?

Or do I have to mess around and get a different one?

Anyone? The crank is the long style so I won't be running a spacer to fit the 4l80e. Can I run an LS1 flexplate? I tried to research and didn't come up with anything.
