Transmission problem? Bearing? help?

long story: I broke my tail shaft housing doing 137 with a bad Torque arm, replaced everything, but the Bearing in the new/used tail shaft housing. Put about 1500 miles on the new TA, LCA, Panhard bar, relocating bracket, set up fine up until now. When I get into high speed or 3rd gear it makes noise and shakes at 65+ or really noticable when 3rd kicks in, (don't know if it's 3rd gear or a bearing) noise is like a whining noise. Dropped it into neutral at 80 mph and noise and shaking went away. off of load. So, now I have to pin point the rpoblem whether it maybe the bearing or 3rd gear is shot. I am leaning towards bearing because the noise and shaking feels like it's right under the center console. Any insight would be nice.

Short story: rebuild kit? bears? whole transmissions? whats the best of online.

Is it an auto or manual car?

Oh yea. Auto car. stock motor, mostly. Shift kit in trans not sure which, shifts hard and good. goes through all the gears fine, shifts into the gears fine and down shifts fine. Shaking and noise mainly prominent whe foot is let off the puddle or going over 110ish.
