Default VIG 3200 or Yank 3600 which one for H/C and N2O

Currently have a vigilante 4k that was doing ok n/a, but after i added nitrous in the mix it kinda sucks and stalls way too high (too high for a stock 4l60e) and its blowing/slippin power on the jug. i want something that would do good in roll racing and ok at the strip, i was thinking restallng the vig from 4k to 3200 but dunno if would be better off buying a used PY3600 someone its selling... Which of the 2 verters would be more efficient with less power loss and can actually hold a 150-200 shot if i step up the game? Thannks

Pro Yank ftw! I love mine. Had a vigilante before it and the PY feels much better on the street. I picked up a consistent .3 in the 1/4 as well. Money well spent IMO!

I had a py3600 in my last car. Worked great on the street/highway and even better at the strip. Made around 750 whp on the spray flashed around 4000 rpm and consistent 1.4 60fts. Matter of fact the guy i sold the car to is still running it, 3 seasons going strong! Pro yank ftw.

Dude, I went through the same ****, I sent my vig3600 in because it blew through the converter bad %32 on the 150 shot!

So I sent my converter in and they found that some fins were layer over! (5xx rwhp should not lay fins over in a 900$ converter)

Fast forward to this year, 150 shot feels much better but the car still is lacking In mph... So I have my tuner compare my tailshaft speed and rpm and when we did the calculation %15 WTF!

i sucked it up and ran it all summer and tried the 200 shot and all it did was slip more...

My buddy had the same issue with his 345 nitrous car and a vig and went to a yank and he cant say better things about it.

This year I am ditching my 4l60 / vig for a t400 and going with a yank or coan

If you go with a 3200 it should flash at around 3600 when spraying

on the vigilantes, i heard even w/o spray they flash higher then advertised, would this be the case with a 3200 too? I'm having FTI restall it down so hopefully using FTI parts would make it a more efficient unit and more top end/nitrous friendly
