93 auto transmission help!! So last year I went to the track and didn't check the fluid level untill I made a few passes and it was low. it was getting stuck in gears untill you punch it and take it up to like 5000-6000 rpm then it would shift but never did that for over drive.. So I parked it for the winter and a few days ago I was driving it to the gas station and it caught over drive perfectly fine.. So do I just leave it alone or do I rebuild it.. It has a shift kit and a 2800 stall.... Do you guys know y this happened and do you think it's okay to drive..??

The trans shifts fine now but before it would only shift if u step on the gas then let off but it shifts fine now and it takes off in first all the time and idk about the codes cause I have a ob1 and sorry I really don't know alot about transmissions what else would you need to know cause like I said I know nothing about transmissions

And I also had low trans fluid cause I didn't feel like checking it. You still think that was the problem just the spring..,?
