Yank your front swaybar if its still in . Set tires at 16-18 psi and do a nice long smokey burnout. Id stall to about 1500 and when the lights drop jump on it . That should get ya 1.6x 60 fts

Any suggestions for radial street tyres on 18" rims? I have Bridgestone RE45's with rather re-inforced side walls. No wall flex in these babies. No I wont buy DR's as this is primarily a street daily driver.

Just buy a cheap set of stock rims and throw the drag radials/ slicks on them for the track.
Maybe some stock SS rims since they are a bit wider. Racing w/ the 18's will only slow you down more too b/c they're heavier to get off the line with.
