Th400 3rd doesn't work on highway
 

Crusing around 30-45mph 3rd seems to work fine and I can see rpm change as it goes into 3rd. Now when on the freeway going 55+mph shifting into 3rd I have no rpm change. I can go into 2nd and nothing changes. Some I assume 3rd doesn't work at higher speeds. Reverse works fine
