My 98 TA ..4l60 will not engage any gear, When i start the motor it will engage, but only for maybe 2minutes. After that the motor isles fast, around 1500rpm. It's fluid level is fine, it has slowly gotten worse. To this point. It has TCI 3000 stall. Any opinions??

It kind of sounds like you filter is stopped up. Unplug the wires on the right side of the trans and see what that does. Unplugging the wires will put it in safe mode and put the trans in 3rd gear. If it will hold 3rd gear it is not your filter. Don’t get your hopes up if the filter is stopped up most likely in is from clutch material.
