Default 4l80e fits on my 6.0L block
Do a 4l80e trans is a direct bolt to my 6.0L LQ4 block? Which parts I will need to change from a 4l60e to a 4l80e trans?

Yes it will bolt up, depends on what year the 4L80 is if you get all the bellhousing bolts on there. Flexplate depend on which converter you plan to run...

Driveshaft, crossmember and wiring harness adaptation.
