What flex plate to use with my Circle D converter?
I have this converter for my 4L80 swap on my T/A:

Pro Performance Stage III Billet Multi Disk Torque Converter
Converter Diameter - 245mm - 9 3/4"
Having a bit of an issue finding a flex plate that fits this pattern, was wondering if anyone here uses this converter and can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Do you know if it's a 6 bolt converter of 3 bolt. By default that converter is 6 bolt. TCI makes a flexplate for the ls1 to 4l80 with the 6 bolt pattern and another one for the 4l60 pattern. 6 bolt one is....http://http://m.summitracing.com/parts/tci-399754

I was looking for an email and didn't find it, but regardless it seems your question has been answered. Assuming you have the 3 bolt LS front cover on your converter, you can use the TCI 399753, or any LS SFI spec flexplate. There are lots of options here. It's the other way around that is limited in flex plate choices. That said, I'm assuming it is going in your turbo trans am in sig or no?

Im totally new to autos so this is fresh territory for me. The converter i have is the one i linked to in the first post. There are 3 mounting points on the converter where it bolts to the flex plate, its aprox 9.5 inches between them.
Yeah, car is the TT trans am

We typically reserve the 245mm diameter for the naturally aspirated, nitrous and centrifugal supercharged applications. The 258mm I believe would be a better match to a twin turbocharged 370 torque curve. We could most likely do the diameter change utilizing your billet parts, but I would need the serial number on the converter to be totally sure.

If you are much past 700 at the tire (I imagine you are), the 245mm is just going to be too loose at the top of first and not have enough rpm drop on the 1-2 shift. You can lock the converter in 2nd and third since you have the multi disk, so that is working in your favor. You may just get it all together and see what your thoughts are then we can re think diameters and such.

If i were to try this one out, what would be the flex plate use, just to confirm. The TCI one you mentioned above said not for use with 4l80 trans on multiple listings i saw for it?
