Default 93 C1500 2wd LQ4 4L80E shifting issues

Just swapped a 6.0 LQ4 from an 04 Denali that originally had a 4l60E on my 93 Chevy C1500. I put a 4L80e from a 2005 Express van I repined the harness and did a segment swap with HP tuners. Park, reverse, Drive work fine but the truck doesn't shift out of first gear. It also idles real low when I put my foot on the brake for some reason. Here are some codes I got from VCM scanner:

P0608 Power Control Module Vehicle Speed Output A (old) (history) (immature)

P0654 Engine RPM Output Circuit (old)(history)(Current) (immature)

P0856 Traction Control Input Signal (old)(history)(current)(immature)

P1689 Delivered Torque Circuit Fault (old)(history)(current)(immature)

Any input would be very helpful thanks!

Those codes will not cause a no upshift condition, Monitor the Output Speed Sensor with your HP tuners scanner, It should read road speed. Does it?

Clinebarger, I still haven't hooked it up to the scanner I'll try it out tomorrow and i'll let you know what happens. Do you know by chance if the TCC purple wire or lockup have anything to do with this issue?
