'91 4L80e vs '95 4L80e

'91 4L80e vs '95 4L80e Just as the title says which year is better from the other? Either 4L80e will be going behind a '99 T/A LS1.
The Question: I found a 4l80e on the floor at the junkyard this morning, I looked up the tag id (1BAP) and according to another write it came off a 5.7L, 6.2L, C, R-Truck, G-Van. My only problem is everything from the inside of the transmission was taken out so basically it's just the transmission shell with nothing inside of it. However, on Craigslist there is a guy selling a '95 4L80e but it does not have the tag Id to verify what car it came out of, so between these two which one is better or any differences from one from the other.
Prices: Junkyard 4L80e is $195 plus a $25 core charge. '95 4L80e is $300 on craigslist with nothing else but that.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
