Default Th400 pro brake questions

I had a th400 built by Midwest converters and they ended up using a transmission specialties pro brake without mentioning it to me. I've never used one but to my understanding, when I want to reverse I put the car in neutral and hold the button down to reverse.... Here's my question with that though.....

I was planning on hooking up my 2 step to the trans brake. Does that cause any type of issue while reversing? Never had a 2 step or pro brake so this is all new to me.

Also 1st gear is 2.48.... What do you guys think about about?

Texas speed 408
Afr 230s
Super Vic
3.73 gear
26" tire (might go 28" but not sure yet)
Jetting the car for 200 and might go up a little from there

It will not cause any issues unless you go past the Rev limit you have set for the 2 step

I was told to set my 2 step at around 3800 but the converter is a 4600.... That's what kind of confused me
