4l60e slip yoke barrel diameter Is the 4l60e slip yoke barrel exactly 1.5" OD? I pulled the output flange off my Aisin AR5 transmission and it is 27 spline so it slides on the 4l60e output shaft fine, but the barrel OD is 1.57" so it wont fit in the tail housing. I am having a shop turn it down to 1.5" if that is spec. I am using a CV driveshaft because a U joint won't work with my setup.
