Default 2004 Chevy Colorado tranny dipstick leak

I have a small leak coming from my transmission dipstick seal and it is still leaking even after putting on a new seal. I do not know what the issue is and I have Soum it would stop after buying a new seal.

Try to use clean the hole and put some RTV on the seal then re install it.
