Default 4l80e Valve Body qeustions after rebuild

I just rebuilt my first 80e and have a few questions.

I Used all new frictions, 34 element sprag, rollerized the rear output shaft, 6 clutch direct and did the internal dual feed mod etc. Using a Circle D 3400 2b converter.

I used to run a hd-2 kit before the rebuild. Since I'm internally dual feed now I figured I could go back to a stock plate. I drilled the plate out for the shifts at 1-2 .120 2-3 I left stock and removed check ball 3-4 .120

Now I know with the HD-2 kit I used before, u had to remove the rev check ball I think (#9) Should I still remove this ball? Is it ok to leave the 3rd check ball out (#8) Or should I just drill it to match the other shift firmness sizes?

I also did away with the transgo original pressure relief valve setup and plugged it. Is it ok to still use the transgo boost valve? I ordered what I thought was the sonnax relief boost valve but it was the oversized valve to fix idle surge or something. I figured I shouldn't use it and go back with the original transgo HD-2 valve. What do u all think?

Looking forward to a replies. Need to know something ASAP! Thanks guys!
