Default 1997 GMC Sierra 1500 transmission swap

I have a 1997 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 5.7L 4l60E 6lug with a 6in RC suspension lift kit.
I'm in jJacksonvill FL. I want to do the 4l60e to 4l80e swap. I've been doing some reading on it but don't know exactly what to do. Like getting the ecm flashed. I do a lot of heavy towing. My dump trailer is 5k empty. If someone can give me a SIMPLE still by step instructions. I'd appreciate it.

Default

2wd or 4wd?

2wd:
-converter/flexplate
-crossmember/mount
-rear driveshaft
-wiring harness (lt1swap.com has a writeup on how to do this. go search for it)
-tune (find a popular tuning company and just get an email tune. should be simple enough.
-shifter linkage
-cooler lines
-dipstick

If 4wd you'll need to do all of the above along with the following:
-respline transfer case for 4l80e output splines
-front driveshaft
