Default LS Tranny Mount (p/n 22174970 and corresponding nut p/n 10406946) on 97 LT1

As the title states.

Looking at replacing my transmission mount with the 1LE model but those are no longer made. I've researched and found the stock LS mount is basically the 1LE mount and will work, only thing I will need is the LS1 nut.

I am finishing off my suspension and bought poly ES motor mounts, have heard horror stories of poly trans mount. That's why I'm asking to go this route.

You've already made a thread about this. Why make a 2nd one?

You're looking for a transmission mount. There is nothing super duper special about a 1le mount. It was slightly stiffer.
Either run a poly if you want stiff...or stick to a stocker if you don't.
Poly will transmit driveline vibration into the cabin much more. Stock will not.
The panhard still mounts to the trans then the stock will have more slop and the suspension will be slightly less stiff.

So...take your pick. You know where to find poly...you know rock auto or any local parts store can get you stock. Just make a choice. There are plenty of threads out there to debate poly vs stock. For a $30 part...if you don't like it...switch to the other.

didn't know I made another thread been a long week.

I was just curious on the LS1 mount, they say they are almost like a 1LE mount thus stiffer but offer the same support as a poly with out the vibrations. I came up with tons of threads that never really answered what was all needed for the LS mount on an LT car that's all.

Thanks for the help!
