Default How much stall with a 230/230 cam or something in that area

I plan on gettin a 230/230 cam maybe 2 summers from now but i'm gonna start getting it built to handle it this summer. How much stall should i use with a cam that big and would that much stall be ok until i get the cam put in probably a year after. Gonna put in a shift kit with the stall also. I'm gettin new rims this spring if that makes a difference also, probably 10-11 inch rims with 275 on the rear.

It depends on the power range of the cam. Just because its a 230 cam doesnt mean its going to need a XXXX stall. There is alot more to it then this. Which cam were you thinking about?

True there is alot more to it than that. What LSA are you planning? I would make my decision based on that, together with the ICL. If you are planning 112+ with up to 2 degrees advance, I would say 3800-4000 stall. Less lobe separation and more advance 3500 stall.
