car stall to high in a WOT run? when at WOT in 3rd ( th-400) the car stalls to high ( about 5000-5200) and hits the rev limiter soon afterwards. it has 3.42 gears and it hit the rev. limiter at about 110mph.
the TC is a perecision industries vigilante converter set up for a 3000 rpm stall.
could the converter be overwhelmed whith the power the car is making ( it makes gobs of it)?? should i have the T/C restalled to a lower speed?
any ideas?
