What's the deal with Transgo and TM ?

What is the mechanism causing TM getting worse with TransGo ? Does the 'bog' just feel worse with TransGo or has somebody verified that the negative timing lasts longer after a TransGo installation ?

Umm... My cars TM has got worst over time. It was bad with the stock trany, and it's getting worst now with a Yank tranny.
