3.5k stall enough for g5x2 on 112?

anyone running a g5x2 on 112 with a 3500 stall? i've read that those cams make mad low end tq, so i assume that a 3500 stall would be more than enough. any comments?

bigger is better. i have a 5300 in my car waiting for a cam.

that must leave like a stuck whore! 5300 stall!?

to the other guy............ i would say that if you have a 3.73 or bigger gear w/ the 3500 stall, it should be plenty big enough. just my opinion.

I use to run a Vig 3600 and the G5X2, and was near perfect, but it didn't really feel any different from when I had the original G5 in it. I have since put in a TCS 4200,and WOW I can sure feel it now.

This is the setup that I have, the 3500 is enough for the g5x2 but on down the road when I have my transmission built I will go a little bigger but not much. :)

It might just barely be enough. I have the MS3 (237/242 113) and 3500 was definately NOT enough for all out acceleration. 4k is much better. I'm sure it would go faster with more converter. :D

Thats the setup I am using. Yeah, it can use a little more stall, but everything runs pretty damn good, its also in the tuning. I have a bit of a problem from 40 rolls(tho I solved that), but it launches like a beast. Its a very good matchup, you cant really go wrong with it, but that X2 just keeps pulling and pulling.
