Default Weird metal-to-metal sound when shifting gears?

My auto tranny makes a sound when I shift between gears with my foot on the brake. It makes a slight metal-to-metal sound. Could this be a bad tranny mount? I also had the tranny fluid changed a couple weeks ago [I don't drive this car that often], could a low fluid level cause this?

When the gear is changed and the car makes a little jerk motion, that's when the you can hear the sound.
