Default What converter

I have a daily driven 94 z28 with minor mods and im wondering what stall rating to go with. Im also wondering if i should order a company or have a guy i know (who really knows his ****) custom build me one. I go to the track about once or month for high school drags and im hoping not to drop my mileage too much, so im thinking either a 3000 or 3500 stall.
Thanks for any replies

go with a vig or yank converter if u can afford it if not then go with a tci 3500 stall but your best chice would be a 3200 from yank or vig
