Tranny won't down shift at WOT
 

my tranny is a 4L60E in a 02 Trans Am, just recently I begain to notice that it does not down shift at WOT in D or 3d. I have stock 3.23 gears and a hypertech programer to make it shift firmer, but no shift kit was installed. anybody know what could be wrong with it. The tranny shifts up just fine.

Just for the heck of it, put your tuning totally back to stock with the Hypertech and see if the problem goes away.
I had some weird shifting going on recently after some adjustments and put it all back to stock and started over and the problem went away. Worth a try, anyway.
