4L80E guru's inside

here is my deal. i am getting another Z28 (A4) this weekend. in the near future it is gong to recieve a 408 solid roller motor built for nitrous and capable of some serious rpm. the car is not gonna be a full on track car and i want to retain my OD. thats where the 4L80E comes in. i have a few questions:

1) what are the ideal years for the trans?

2) what will the stock trans hold up too?

3) What does the trans need to have done to it internally to survive a 550hp motor capapble of 700+ on the bottle?

any help is appreciated, and any more advive is welcome.

1994 and up are ok. 1996 and up have better lube circuits easily identified by the clip in cooler lines.
1997 and up have a solid rear ring gear shaft.
1999 and up have thicker planetary pinions and gears.
Keep in mind these are production years, not vehicle model years.
The transmission production year is on an aluminum tag on the passenger side of the trans.
I'd run 550 hp with a stock late model one.
